The staff were kind and friendly, always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were super clean and smelled amazing, with comfortable bedding and a great hot shower. The hotel's location was conveniently close to the center, making it easy to walk everywhere. The breakfast provided was delicious.

During my recent stay at Hotel Monasterio, I was amazed by the cleanliness of the rooms. The sheets and towels smelled divine, thanks to the amazing job done by the hardworking staff. They were so kind and accommodating, making my stay nice. The location was perfect for a peaceful sleep, away from the noise of the city center. The available parking and delicious breakfast added to the overall wonderful experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay in Antigua.

We had the room with the spa and it turned out to be a luxurious sunken bathtub, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The room also had a cozy fireplace, and despite a minor issue with the availability of wood, the staff went out of their way to rectify it. The room wasvery comfy and tidy, and we enjoyed a delicious breakfast each morning. we had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel to others.
